Krista Hubbel

By:

Krista’s passion for media and advertising came by growing up in a sales and advertising household. Her father was the Advertising Director of Ross, and later, owned his own Advertising Agency. Her mother worked in broadcast, first at KFRC, and now at KRON TV. She began her media journey over 5 years ago at KRON TV, Katz Media, and then at US International Media. She has made the switch to digital and is loving every second of it.

She is a native San Franciscan, a Sacred Heart and SF State grad, currently residing in Ptown (Pacifica) where she met her fiancé, Josh. Krista is Hawaiian, Norwegian, and German. She is a lover of all things Hello Kitty and Las Vegas. In her free time you can find her wine tasting, traveling, wedding planning, or spending time with her family and friends. Her fur baby is an Alaskan Klee Kai named Sharky.

Matt Doyel

By:

“Somebody said that it couldn’t be done

But he with a chuckle replied

That ‘maybe it couldn’t,’ but he would be one

Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.”

— Edgar Albert Guest

Matt likes building things. Brands, businesses, farm equipment, air-to-air missiles. But mostly solutions to challenging problems, no matter the category.

Classically trained in Physics, he spent nine years as a Naval Flight Officer before moving to corporate America to learn the fundamentals of brand building at Procter & Gamble, starting on the company’s Ivory Soap brand.

Over the past two decades, Matt has worked on dozens of brands with challenges ranging from “How do we get kids to eat more vegetables?” to “Should steel wool be pink or blue?”

Matt has a passion for the consumer, and for cracking the code of what makes consumers choose one brand over another. Hint: It’s almost always irrational, though frequently wrapped up in a pragmatic box.

“I’m the only Baker Streeter who has launched an air-to-air missile and a new lip gloss brand.”

Sean Hardwick

By:

Advertising is all Sean has ever wanted to do. After watching far too many Bewitched re-runs, he decided Darin Stevens had the best job in the world. His advertising path has taken him to Chiat/Day, Team One, back to Chiat/Day to run Apple, an interim stint at Apple heading up Marcom reporting to Steve Jobs, TBWA\LONDON, Sedgwick Rd in Seattle and FCB Orange County, INK and now at Baker Street. He’s guided major brands including Apple, Taco Bell, Lexus, adidas, Milk-Bone, Meow Mix and Petco. His passion is finding the “one thing” that unlocks unabashed creativity from teams, and gets an unfair share of the consumer’s heart. Sean’s passions are ice hockey, fly fishing and his family: wife Kim and two kids, Kate and Jack.

“I’m the only Baker Streeter that de-stresses by playing ice hockey once a week.”
